- Get regular exercise in the morning or afternoon
- Never nap for more than 30 minutes during the day
- Keep your sleeping environment cool
- But keep your hands and feet warm
- Move the TV and computer out of the bedroom

- Don't let pets in the bed
- Establish a soothing pre-sleep routine (aromotherapy or positive thoughts)
- Don't rely on 'catching up' on sleep on the weekend (it doesn't work!)
