At Waters Family Chiropractic, the 'Brügger's relief position' is one of our favourite ways to take a microbreak. This stretch/exercise will help to reduce back and neck tension, strengthen the deep cervical neck flexor muscles, improve posture and relax your breathing. Check out this useful video:
